Job Description
Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.


People within the Services organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs. We offer a full array of business process outsourcing services founded on operational excellence and cost effectiveness.


This individual will serve as a Technical / Development Analyst on team responsible for project and support work with Dow’s Master Data Management (codes administration). Specific responsibilities include:

• Participate on Master Data Management (MDM) projects (as assigned) involving design, build and implementation activities.
• Familiarization and use of PSC PDM Methodology as part of daily work processes.
• Contribute to the design, build, and test Java Interface solutions within MDM.
• Participate as a rotating member of the MDM/INCA – including on-call support. Assist in identifying root cause and implementation of tactical as well as strategic solutions.
• Facilitate process improvements and technical solutions that eliminate the root cause of recurring problems.
• Continually look for improvement opportunities within the MDM space.
• Monitor critical applications to adhere and meet global Service Level Agreements (SLA) for MDM/INCA space.
• Production support rotation required. Pager support (typically 1 week every 2 months). 24 x 7 support required during rotation week
